Send email messages to ticket holders of current and past events
Log in to your account
Click on My Events and navigate to your event
From Your events' dashboard, select Email campaigns.
Then click New campaign and choose the type of message you would like to send
Message types
Ticket holders
This event details message type remains active prior and during your event. Users who place new orders while the event details message is active will automatically receive this email. This may include location, what to bring, and other essential event information about your event and saves you the need to send this information separately to people while your event is running, and you're still selling tickets
Please be aware if you have multiple active ticket holder campaigns, ticket holders will receive a copy of each active campaign
One-time announcement
Use this type for general announcements, postponement, cancellations, updates, reminders etc.
Select recipients
For announcement messages you can address your message to current ticket holders, sessions and previous event ticket holders
Ticket holder messages only can be addressed to current ticket holders and sessions
Compose your message
Fill in your subject and message. You can use placeholders for the user's first name etc.
Attach a form template
You may attach an event form template to your message to collect information from your attendees such as event feedback, survey or additional details
Call-to-action button
Create a call-to-action button. For example, a link to your event page or an external web page. You can also add a custom label to the button. This button will appear after your message text.
Additional options
You may exclude your event banner from your email or include a copy of the attendee's ticket and QR code in the email so they have their details and ticket in one email
Schedule your message
Optionally, you can schedule your email to be sent or finish after a particular time.
Send a test message
It's recommended that you send yourself a test message before sending out your email in case of typos, broken links etc. You can send a test to yourself or someone else in your team.
Save draft or send your message
You can save your message as a draft for sending later. Or click send to send or schedule your message
Message actions
From the message listing page, you can control aspects of your message from the dropdown menu
Cancelling a message
If you decide to stop a message from being sent or scheduled, you can choose cancel from the control menu. Please not that if message have already been sent they cannot be cancelled
