This event details message type remains active prior and during your event. Users who place new orders while the event details message is active will automatically receive this email. This may include location, what to bring, and other essential event information about your event and saves you the need to send this information separately to people while your event is running, and you're still selling tickets

Please be aware if you have multiple active ticket holder campaigns, ticket holders will receive a copy of each active campaign

One-time announcement

Use this type for general announcements, postponement, cancellations, updates, reminders etc.
