Update: Automatic payout timing change

Effective immediately, automatic payouts for your events will now be processed 24 hours after your event concludes.

What's Changed

• Previous timing: Payouts were processed immediately at your event's end date and time
• New timing: Payouts will be processed 24 hours after your event ends

Why this change?

This 24-hour buffer gives you additional time to:

• Finalise any last-minute event details
• Process refunds if needed
• Address any attendee concerns

What you need to do

No action is required on your part. This change is automatic and will apply to all future events.
