Setting up your bank account

Before requesting any withdrawals, you'll need to set up your bank account details:

  1. Go to the organiser menu
  2. Select "Bank accounts"
  3. Add your bank account information
  4. We'll deposit a small amount to verify your account
  5. Confirm the verification amount to complete the setup

You can add multiple bank accounts and select one as your default for automatic transfers.

How do I get paid for my event?

Once your bank account is verified, you can access your funds by requesting a withdrawal from your event's balance page. Simply click the "Request withdrawal" button from your event balance page to start the process.

When can I withdraw my event funds?

You can withdraw funds both before and after your event:

  • Before your event: You can make up to two withdrawals of up to 80% of your current revenue
  • After your event: The remaining balance becomes available for withdrawal
  • Automatic process: We'll automatically request a withdrawal of any remaining balance to your default bank account once your event concludes

How long does it take to receive my money?

Transferring funds to your account typically takes up to 7 days. This timeframe is necessary as the money collected for your event needs time to clear from our credit card processing platform.

Why might I be asked for additional documentation?

We may request further documentation from you to:

  • Verify your identity
  • Provide proof of expenses related to your event

This is part of our standard security measures to protect both organisers and ticket buyers.

Why is there a limit on pre-event withdrawals?

The 80% limit on pre-event withdrawals ensures there's a buffer in case of refunds or other adjustments before your event takes place.

Is there a fee for withdrawals?

There are no additional fees for requesting withdrawals from your event balance.

What if I need my funds urgently?

While we aim to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible, the standard timeframe remains up to 7 days due to credit card processing requirements.

How do I check the status of my withdrawal?

You can view the status of all your withdrawal requests on your event's balance page.
