Pricing groups

Created on 11 Mar 2025

A Pricing Group allows you to group ticket types together, which can then be assigned to the sections of your event or product page. E.g. sell the same set of ticket types in each section.

Most events will only need one pricing group. An example of when you would need two pricing groups is if you are running an event over multiple session times and need to offer different pricing for each session or section.

Pricing groups and tiered pricing

To set up tiered pricing, make sure you select the tiered type when creating your ticket type and select the same pricing group for each one so they are grouped together

The order they appear on the sales page is automatically determined from lowest to highest price.

If you need multiple tiered pricing schemes, create a new pricing group for each set of tiered ticket types.
