Selling your tickets

Welcome to the My resales feature, a secure way to sell tickets you no longer need. This guide will help you understand how to use this feature on our site.

How My resales works

My resales allows you to sell unwanted tickets directly through our platform. When someone buys your tickets, they receive a new ticket and you'll get a refund for your original purchase once their payment is confirmed.

Setting up your resale

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the My resales dashboard
2. Select the tickets you wish to sell
3. Choose your resale type: public or private
4. Set your price (up to 100% of the original ticket value, if permitted by the event organiser)
5. Confirm and launch your resale

Public vs private resales

Public resales appear in the event's marketplace for anyone to purchase.

Private resales generate a unique link for you to share with friends or specific buyers. These listings won't appear in the public marketplace.

Pricing your tickets

You can set your resale price up to 100% of the original ticket value, depending on the event organiser's settings. Some events may allow you to set an arbitrary price, while others may restrict pricing options.

Fees and refunds

When your tickets sell, you'll receive a refund for:

• The price you set for your tickets if you used the 'Set price' feature (or the original face value if that's not available)
• Minus your original booking fees

There are no additional resale fees.

Managing your resales

While your resale is active, you can:

• Edit pricing (within allowed limits)
• Change between public and private status
• Copy the sharing link for private and public resales
• Cancel your listing at any time

All changes will be confirmed via email.

Notifications

You'll receive email notifications when:

• Your resale listing is created
• Someone purchases your tickets
• Your refund is processed
• Any changes are made to your listing
• Any issues occur with your resale

Resale status

Your listing will remain active until either:

• Your tickets are sold
• You cancel the listing through your dashboard
