Volunteer role update

We’ve updated volunteer role names to make the structure clearer and easier to understand.

At the event level, Volunteer lead has been renamed to Volunteer coordinator. This role gives access to the volunteer section and allows a user to be assigned team roles across one or more teams.

The original Crew member role has been renamed to 2IC and given elevated access, as the previous role was mostly redundant.

Team roles are now:

• Participant — Standard volunteer participant role (default).
• 2IC — Supports the team leader and has access to shift management.
• Team lead — Supervisory role with oversight duties.
• Supervisor — High-level role managing multiple teams or shifts.

This change is a naming and permissions update only, designed to better reflect each role’s responsibilities.
