You can send email messages out to valid ticket holders of current and past events.

Message types
Event information email

The message type remains active prior and during your event. Users who place new orders while the event information message is active will automatically receive this email. This includes attendees who have received a transferred ticket.

Autoresponders take the hassle out of resending event information to new attendees and transferred tickets.

Your message may include location, what to bring, and other essential event information about your event and saves you the need to send this information separately to people while your event is running, and you're still selling tickets.

You may edit the content of your message at any time.

You can attach a custom form to your message to receive feedback from your attendees.

Opt-in status

Messages sent to ticket holders while the event is active, i.e. your event hasn't reached its end date, the ticket holders' opt-in status is ignored.

One-time announcement

Use this type for general announcements, postponement, cancellations, updates, reminders etc. Announcement are sent out to the current list of attendees. New ticket purchases after the sent date will not receive this message.

Contacts

Send a message to your global contacts. Great for promoting your event to your contacts who haven't purchased a ticket yet. This message won't be sent to existing ticket holders. If you need to email ticket holders, create an event information or announcement email.

Key details

  • Contact list emails are auto responders, meaning they remain active and sent until you manually stop them.
  • Any new contacts added to the selected list will receive the message automatically.
Post-event email campaigns

You may send follow-up emails to ticket holders up to 6 weeks after the event's conclusion. This feature is ideal for sending thank-you messages, feedback surveys, promotional offers, or updates about future events.

  • The 6-week window begins immediately after the event ends.
  • Emails can be customised to include text, links, and images.
  • You can attach a custom event form, including question fields and rating widget to your message to receive feedback from your attendees.
  • Post-event emails can only be sent to the current list of attendees.
