Welcome to an exquisite series of vegan degustation evenings at Plushtown Studios, North Curl Curl, Sydney. This March, join us for a celebration of flavours, textures, and culinary innovation, as we present four exclusive evenings on the 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th. Each event is a unique exploration of vegan cuisine, designed to tantalise your taste buds and showcase the art of plant-based cooking.

3rd March 2024(SOLD OUT)

Begin your journey with an Amuse Bouche of Filo Pastry Cigar with Tofu Ricotta and Ginger Rosemary Syrup, followed by King Oyster Mushroom “Scallops” and a Lemon, Zucchini Risotto. Conclude with our delightful Vegan Tiramisu in a Jar.

10th March 2024

Experience the freshness of Watermelon Carpaccio and the richness of Eggplant and Pea Arancini. Indulge in a Moroccan Spiced Roasted Half Cauliflower and end your evening with a sumptuous Chocolate Decadent Cake.

17th March 2024(SOLD OUT)

Delight in Shiitake Mushroom, Kale, and Tempeh Dumplings, followed by Zucchini Flowers stuffed with Vegan Mozzarella. Enjoy the Tempeh and Oyster Mushroom Shawarma Skewers, and complete your meal with an Eton Mess with Berries Compote.

Savour the unique Lychee Ceviche and Peckin V Duck Pan Fried Rice Paper Rolls. Relish in the Paccheri with Capsicum Creamy Sauce, and end your gastronomic voyage with a Cheezecake Mousse and Aperol Jelly.
