You can choose to immerse yourself in a full cooking experience weekend committing to saturday and sunday sessions OR partecipate to only the one who suits you best!

Saturday the 27th of March 2021: Gf Vegan Brunch

Home made savoury biscuits, cruditeés, dips and olives on arrival

Menu of the workshop:

Scramble tofu, moroccan roasted vegetables and chickpeas

Nam Jin salad, rice noodles, cashew nut

Potato rösti, Mushroom stack, roasted tomato, hollandaise sauce

Coffee cheeze cake, coconut whipped cream

Sunday 28th of March 2021 : Italian Gf Feast

Farinata(Italian chickpeas flat bread) and olives on arrival

Menu:

Eggplant arancini, saffron mayonnaise

Caponata bianca di ceci, salsa verde

Classic bolognese lasagna

Cardamom, vanilla pannacotta, black sesame brittle and berry coulis
