Let us tune in together and restore peace on all levels within ourselves: resting in the peace of a light heart, a still mind, a nourished body and the companionship of gentle souls in silent meditation.
Our retreat offering is simple but deeply transformational. Over the course of a weekend, we provide a venue for meditation and affordable accommodation options in a restful natural setting, with wholefood vegetarian catering and a range of hot beverages.
We invite you to come and simply sit with yourself. Observe what happens when the noise of your daily routine drops away. Forget about your phone, tune into your heart, and remember what it feels like to be a friend to yourself.
For guests who have experienced the vipassana meditation, or any other silent practice such as zazen, this is a chance to return to the experience of pure awakened consciousness that we cultivate through long retreats in the short pace of a weekend.
For first time meditators, we will provide gentle guidance and a supportive space to begin your practice. In addition to silent seated practice, our program includes gentle bushwalks, inspirational teachings from spiritual masters, and light movement.
Our group will observe silence from Friday evening through until Sunday afternoon. There is no mobile service in our retreat centre, but in case of emergencies we can provide access to wifi.
