NowHere Awareness Centre Launch Event / Nicola's 40th

We are hosting an evening of sacred music, dance, and community connection under the stars to celebrate the launch of NowHere Awareness Centre (and Nicola's 40th birthday).

This is a special event to bring us into a space of deep listening: to country, to community, and to the divine field of resonance that flows from the source of Supreme Consciousness.

Our vision for NowHere Awareness Centre is to dedicate our land to people seeking harmony with nature and each other through Self-Realisation. We create affordable events and retreats that connect people to the power of their own inner silence. 

For this event, we are proud to showcase the gifts of some incredibly talented facilitators:

SHIVAM RATH is an Australian multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, yoga teacher and founder of Crystal Slide—an evolving artistic practice exploring music as a living practice of listening. Rooted in the traditions of Indian Classical Music and Nāda Yoga: an ancient Indian spiritual practice and Yoga of Sound that uses vibrations, tones, and deep listening to quiet the mind and achieve union with the cosmos. His work brings together ancient musical wisdom with contemporary creativity through immersive performances, cross-cultural collaborations, retreats and original compositions.

COUNTRY-LED IMMERSIONS are more than cultural training—they are journeys where listening, storytelling, deep history, language, ecology, and anti-colonial action converge. These experiences are designed to encourage deep connections between Country, relationships, and the way we move through the world.
Arlene Gili-Mehan is a Birrbay, Dunghutti,  and Irish woman who grew up being guided by Birrbay Barray around Guruk or so-called Port Macquarie. She focusses her work to help guide humans back to deep listening to remember ecological connections, de-centre human authority and care for Country in a way that is deeply relational.

DANCING NATURE with Merryl Simpson
This style of dance invites you to move in a way that’s true for you. There’s no choreography to follow and no dance experience required. A carefully curated playlist of music from a variety of genres, supported by gentle guidance, encouraging you out of your mind and into your feeling body. Deeply listen to your inner nature as you unravel emotions and reclaim lost energy. Feel the freedom of being alive and present to the moment… and move like no-one is watching!
