If traditional silent sitting feels frustrating or impossible, active meditation flips the script. This weekend retreat uses dynamic breathwork, physical shaking, unstructured movement, and sensory forest walks to clear stored physical tension first—allowing mental quiet to happen naturally.
What You Will Experience- Movement-Based Meditations: Dynamic breathwork to disrupt overthinking, physical shaking to discharge tension, and unstructured dance to restore energy.
- Evening Restorative Sessions: Nighttime candle-gazing (Osho Gourishankar) and humming techniques (Nadabrahma) to settle the nervous system before sleep.
- Guided Nature Walks: Silent, sensory trail walks designed to ground high-energy releases into forest surroundings.
- Zero-Pressure Environment: No cross-legged posture requirements, no rigid rules, and no prior meditation experience required.

Program overview
Friday Evening: Arrival, orientation, tension-shaking (Kundalini), and gentle nighttime candle-gazing.
Saturday: Morning dynamic breathwork, barefoot trail walks, expressive movement (Nataraj), and vocal release (Gibberish).
Sunday: Sufi-inspired movement (No-Dimensions), mindful integration walk, a celebratory farewell lunch and final dance!
