EVENT DESCRIPTION

Celebrate New Years with the Lovefest Community! Join us in the peacefulness of nature’s embrace at Castle Mountain, just 90 minutes north of Sydney! 

Lovefest is bringing together experienced facilitators from the Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains, Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong to make it a nourishing and transformative experience!

We will arrive on this journey to the sound of stillness, where we can truly exhale before moving into the vibrancy of expansion, joy and play.  Release what no longer serves into the golden summer heat where transformation awaits. Laughter, renewal and creation flow through as Webbs Creek cleanses what we cannot take with us. Elders teach us the way and tell us their stories, and we create our own stories as we dance around the fire to the beat of the drums and sing with our heart and soul.

Out with the old and in with the new! Collectively and individually, we set our intentions for the year ahead and enjoy sacred time for integration.

Through NATURE, CONNECTION, CELEBRATION and INTEGRATION, we will journey together to higher states of Love and wellbeing in a safe, creative environment where we accept each other for who we are and who we want to be, creating ripples of Love that will expand beyond this place and infuse that love into 2026.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will arrive to 5 beautiful days of being loved, held, nurtured and supported.
There will be ease with arrival and time to land. Connect to the lush land and the river, set up your spaces and just let yourself rest. Then we move into higher energy as celebrations leading into the new year begin.

Reconnect to you and to each other through practices of yoga, breathwork, dance, kirtan, sound healing, qi gong, music, drumming, crafts and more! Reconnect to the land with a smoking ceremony led by local elders, swims in the river and dances around the fire. There will be time to celebrate and there will be time to integrate.
Eat nourishing food, welcome new experiences and make authentic connections that last a lifetime.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

With deep reverence and gratitude to the land, we honour the Dharug people, and ancestors of the land that walked and gathered for tens of thousands of years. We connect with the ancestors,  where we come from, and that we come as friends.

We also acknowledge our own ancestors, we feel the presence of those who have come before us and acknowledge the ancient connection between people, earth, and spirit that continues to guide and ground us, flowing through all of creation.

CAMPING AND FACILITIES

- Toilets
- Warm Showers
- Parking - Vehicle entry with a car pass only
- We encourage carpooling where possible to reduce environmental impact onsite.
- Please bring ALL your own camping equipment, incl eating utensils, and everything you will need to be comfortable.
- Sorry, no dogs, or personal campfires/firepits
- Important: BYO cups plates, bowls and cutlery (washing station available)
- Bring Cash for food, drinks/snacks, markets, massage & bodywork.

CABINS

Want to join in the fun, but don't have a tent? There are a limited number of dorm style cabins available each with bunk beds. BYO bedding, including pillow, and sleeping bag or blankets.

FOOD & DRINKS VENDORS

A variety of food, snacks and drinks will be available for purchase.

MASSAGE AND BODYWORK

Private massage and bodywork sessions can be booked in over the weekend, get in early as these often book out! There will be a variety of offerings available.

VEHICLES

Vehicle access provided with vehicle pass only. We encourage carpooling where possible to reduce environmental impact onsite.

• This is a sober event which enables us to create a safe space for all. This means no substances that impair cognition including no alcohol, cannabis, or drugs. This will also allow us to connect together with clarity and focused intention.
• Photography and video for promotional purposes will be taken respectfully.
• No Pets 
• Dressing colourful (is recommended)

LEAVE NO TRACE
We trust that you will all respect the environment, leave no trace and even better leave the place better than we found it. Minimise waste, take your waste back with you. Practice Love for Planet Earth.
