Lovefest Bellingen 2025 - Village Campout - Communal Meals included

“Come Home to Self. Come Home to the Village. Come Home to Earth.”

This is more than just a festival—it’s a homecoming. A call to gather, connect, and remember who we are when we return to the Village. It’s a return to what truly matters: a living Village of healing, belonging, and celebration, where music, nature, and community come together in harmony.

Set in a breathtaking Valley, surrounded by lush forest and the soothing flow of an incredible freshwater river. 

A chance to reconnect with nature and each other. The land itself is a natural atrium, alive with the whispers of nature spirits—a true paradise. This special weekend is an invitation to live differently, to shift the story from separation to togetherness, and to embrace a pathway back to culture, back to the land, and back to the heart.

We are crafting a celebration that invites you to journey deeper into love and wellbeing, in a safe and creative environment. It’s a sober space designed for true connection, where we accept each other for who we are and who we want to be. As we celebrate together, we create a ripple of love and peace that spreads beyond the weekend, fostering healing, community, and belonging.

A Family-Friendly Adventure: Join us for a long weekend of music, nature, and celebration. 

This family-friendly camping event is designed for all ages, with opportunities to swim in the river, explore the beautiful surroundings, and engage in meaningful workshops and rituals. Our amazing facilitators will guide you through transformative experiences that enhance connection—with yourself, with others, and with the land.

Come as you are, and leave more connected—to yourself, your people, and the Earth.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Special guests LULU & MISCHKA anfd MURRAY KYLE along with over 30 artists and facilitators this October long weekend for a coming home to connection, culture, and celebration. Camping in magical nature surrounded by forest and the Bellinger River with shared meals being a touchstone for connection.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

With deep reverence and gratitude to the land, we honour the Gumbaynggirr people, and ancestors of the land that walked and gathered for tens of thousands of years. We connect with the ancestors,  where we come from, and that we come as friends. 

We also acknowledge our own ancestors, we feel the presence of those who have come before us and acknowledge the ancient connection between people, earth, and spirit that continues to guide and ground us, flowing through all of creation. 

May our time on this land be guided by deep respect, humility, and heartful listening.

CAMPING AND FACILITIES

• Composting toilets
• Showers (cold water)
• River for swimming
• Vehicle entry with a car pass only, you will be able to camp with or in your vehicle in all sites
• We encourage carpooling where possible to reduce environmental impact onsite.
• Please bring ALL your own camping equipment, incl eating utensils, and everything you will need to be comfortable.
• Sorry, no dogs, or personal campfires/firepits
• Important: BYO cups plates, bowls and cutlery (washing station available)
• Bring Cash for drinks/snacks or massage (Shared meals are included in your ticket price)

MEALS PROVIDED - Included with your ticket

Lovefest is creating an experience that encourages connection over meals prepared with love. 

All meals will include locally sourced organic and plant based ingredients with vegan & gluten free options

• Friday - Dinner on arrival - simple and hearty to help you land. 
• Saturday - Brunch and dinner
• Sunday - Brunch and dinner
• Monday - Brunch

FOOD & DRINKS VENDORS

• Additional snacks and drinks will be available for purchase from our market area 
• Bring snacks and anything you need outside of the included meals

MASSAGE

Private massage session can be booked in over the weekend, get in early as these often book out! 

NOTE: THERE IS NO MOBILE COVERAGE ONSITE - BRING CASH TO PURCHASE ANY EXTRAS

VEHICLES

Vehicle access provided with vehicle pass only. We encourage carpooling where possible to reduce environmental impact onsite.

There is space for campervans and caravans, register these when booking your vehicle pass.

ENTRY AGREEMENT

• This is a sober event which enables us to create a safe space for all. This means no substances that impair cognition including no alcohol, cannabis, or drugs. This will also allow us to connect together with clarity and focused intention.
• Shower before swimming in the river
• Photography and video for promotional purposes will be taken respectfully.
• No Pets unless they are a registered companion animal and have purchased a companion ticket (email us with your registration to get a ticket link)

Dressing colourful (is recommended)

LEAVE NO TRACE

We trust that you will all respect the environment, leave no trace and even better leave the place better than we found it. Minimise waste, take your waste back with you. Practice Love for Planet Earth.
