Learn the life changing, easy method of Effortless Meditation in just one day at the beautiful Behesht Retreat, only 1.5-2hours out of Sydney. Arrive from 9:30am for a 10:00am start. The day ends at 3:00pm.
Surrounded by a tranquil bush landscape, experience for yourself the profound relaxation of meditation in its easiest most effortless form. Learn the technique and how to implement it in your daily life to decrease stress and anxiety, increase focus, creativity and productivity and improve sleep.
The emotional de-programming that happens with a regular meditation practice will be explained and participants will learn an emotional processing technique to ensure that emotions move through the body instead of becoming stuck, creating unnecessary baggage.
Light refreshments provide on arrival and lunch included. Please email any dietary restrictions or allergies.
Turn the day into a relaxing weekend by adding in an overnight stay on either the Saturday or Sunday night. Additional costs apply.
