About
Welcome to our Sober Full Moon Weekend, where conscious connections are created among each other and Mother Nature.
This is a community-based gathering focusing on the benefits we bring to each other.
We believe in connection:
In our everyday lives it is so easy to get caught up and lose our connection with ourselves, Mother Nature and each other. The full moon weekends @ Behesht Retreat are an opportunity to slow down and reconnect in a beautiful peaceful environment. A chance to share, grow and learn from ourselves and each other.
We created this event as an opportunity to practice being in the present moment, connecting to like minded souls and expanding awareness through self reflection and nature immersion.
We invite you to come and join us @ Behesht Retreat and build up the vibration of being present and reconnecting to Mother Earth.
What to Expect:
Arrive on Friday to enjoy a relaxed evening getting to know other participants around the fire.
Saturday starts with a grounding/self reflection workshop to set an intention for the weekend and utilise the energy of the full moon to release what is no longer serving you.
After breakfast explore your inner self through discussions and an art workshop and enjoy some free time.
After lunch we head off in a gentle bush walk to reconnect with self and nature before the releasing fire ceremony and drumming.
After the plant based communal dinner enjoy some moon gazing and connection workshop and a few light hearted games around the fire before bed.
Sunday starts with some yoga and then finishes off after breakfast with a reflective/gratitude circle in the closing.
We love Mother Earth:
This is a leave no trace event. Don’t be a tosser and respect the land you are walking on!
Whatever comes with you, goes back with you !
We acknowledge:
Behesht Retreat acknowledges that we operate and function on the lands of the Darkinjung people.
We pay our respect to these lands and its people. We acknowledge those ancestors that defended and managed these lands for many generations before us and who have left a legacy of strong cultural wisdom and knowledge embedded in these lands today.
